What is the minimum order quantity for custom hang tags?
Our minimum order is 100 pieces per design. Small runs are priced the same way as bulk orders, so new labels and sampling orders are welcome.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 3 to 5 working days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Delivery adds 3 to 7 days depending on your location. Artwork sent before proof approval does not count toward production time.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
Send your artwork as AI, PDF, CDR, or a high-resolution PNG. Set it up in CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI with 3 mm bleed on all sides. Convert all text to outlines so fonts do not shift during printing.
Can you design the tag if I do not have artwork?
Yes. Send us your logo and the details you want on the tag, and our team will set up the artwork for you. You will see a digital proof before anything is printed.
What paper thickness should I choose for garment tags?
Most clothing hang tags use art card between 300 and 350 GSM. Choose 300 GSM for lightweight tags on shirts and tees, and 350 GSM for heavier tags on denim and outerwear. Premium tags use 600 to 700 GSM.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Order 100 pieces, our minimum, and use that run as your sample. It is printed on the same press, the same stock, and the same finish as a bulk order, so what you hold at 100 pieces is exactly what you get at 10,000.
Do you ship across India, and what does shipping cost?
We ship across India with tracking on every order. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight.
Can hang tags be printed on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on every stock. Brand details usually go on the front, with size, care, price, or barcode information on the reverse.
Do you offer foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV?
Yes. We offer foil stamping in gold and silver, plus spot UV, embossing, and debossing. Foil and spot UV work best on black board and coated art card.
Can you print size, price, or barcode variations within one order?
Yes. A single order can include multiple size or price variants of the same design. Send the variant list with your artwork and we will split the run accordingly.
